Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we’ll replace it at no cost within 30 days of purchase.

To report a defective item, please contact us through our website and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Please keep all original packaging and tags attached.

Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.


Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please contact us through our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after inspection.
